How to use: Using an angled brush, starting from the inner corner of the eye, draw a line close to the base of the lashes to avoid a gap between the lashes and the eyeliner. When you get to the outer corner of the eye, thicken the line and draw a flick of eyeliner according to your preference and eye shape.
